WHAT WE OFFER
Lead Prospect is a business growth and commercial strategy consulting firm, specialized in supporting B2B SMEs and technology companies in Quebec. Our mandates cover business development, marketing, go-to-market strategy and revenue growth management for active clients across multiple sectors.
POSITION OVERVIEW
As part of our growth, we are looking for a versatile coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of client mandates in marketing, content, prospecting and communications, in close collaboration with the consulting team.
This role is for someone who enjoys both organizing and delivering — someone who takes pleasure in keeping things in order, ensuring information is in the right place, and seeing their efforts translate into concrete results for clients.
We believe in the potential of curious, motivated people. We offer ongoing training, structured support, and an environment that values learning. You don’t need to be an expert — you need the desire to learn, a natural openness to AI and automation tools, and the satisfaction of seeing things done right.
This position is a genuine career opportunity. The selected candidate will actively participate in building the systems and processes that will enable the team to grow. They will have access to modern tools, stimulating mandates and a concrete professional development path, with a perspective toward full-time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation & Social Media
- Design and schedule visual and editorial posts for LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, for client mandates and for Lead Prospect
- Write engaging, bilingual copy adapted to each audience and platform
- Use artificial intelligence tools to accelerate content production, ensuring quality, voice consistency and bilingualism
- Manage content calendars and meet publication deadlines without constant supervision
- Write and adapt content for newsletters, web pages and email campaigns
Prospecting & Business Development
- Write, personalize and send prospecting and follow-up emails in French and English
- Manage and enrich the CRM: contact updates, status tracking, target segmentation
- Follow up on action items from client meetings based on automated meeting notes
- Respond to inbound inquiries by email and phone in a professional and bilingual manner
- Support advertising sales management and communications within client mandates in regional and digital media
- Actively participate in events, trade shows and networking activities on behalf of the team (occasional availability required)
Coordination & Operational Support
- Participate in client meetings on Teams and follow up on action items from automated meeting notes
- Format and finalize client documents: reports, presentations and deliverable tracking
- Coordinate logistics for podcast episodes, associated publications and online community activities
- Support registration management and communications for workshops and events for SMEs in the region
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Required Skills & Aptitudes
- French-English bilingualism, both oral and written — rigorous command of both languages
- Excellent writing skills: ability to write with clarity, creativity and voice consistency across audiences
- Strong creative sense: comfortable with the visual design of social media posts (Canva or equivalent)
- Experience in client relations, customer service or a role focused on contact with a business clientele
- Interest in prospecting, business development and B2B commercial environments
- Taste for organization, rigorous follow-through and attention to detail — the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Natural curiosity for AI and automation tools — no prior expertise required
- Autonomy, rigor and ability to take initiative without constant supervision
- Occasional availability for events, trade shows or networking activities in the region
Assets
- Experience in marketing, communications, sales support or a versatile administrative role
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Canva, professional email tools or CRM platforms
- Knowledge of the Eastern Townships business community: local network, regional players, regional business culture — a determining asset
- Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Teams, SharePoint, Google Workspace or similar
CONDITIONS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is offered part-time (20 hours per week), with schedule flexibility. It is intended for someone established in the Eastern Townships or a neighbouring region, who wishes to invest in an evolving and meaningful role.
Availability for in-person meetings in Cowansville, client events and networking activities is expected on an occasional basis. The selected candidate must be well-acquainted with the Eastern Townships, its business fabric and its community. They will work closely with the leadership team and will have a direct and visible impact on the growth of clients and the firm.
Progression to a full-time role is a concrete objective for the person who demonstrates initiative, rigor and a commitment to results. Following a three-month probationary period, a salary review is planned, along with the possibility of a commission structure based on performance and contribution to business development.
A NOTE FOR CANDIDATES IN DEVELOPMENT
If you don’t yet have formal experience in marketing or business development, but you are organized, bilingual, creative, comfortable with people and open to learning — we encourage you to apply.
